Manners Adj. Cheek or not..what stock is best

Thing is I am trying to keep cost down for a build and love running with my Eagle stock pack, so I know the adjustable cheek is very nice but is it needed on the T5...or What other stock do they make that will give a better Eye to Scope weld. Saving the 200 bucks on a non-adjustable stock would really help right now. I really like the T2 as well and the T4. I will be running a Rock Creek M24cont barrel cut to 24" if that helps. I would really like to go with the T5 without the adj. cheek but every pic I see of someone running with one they have the adj. cheek like all the way up...? Anythoughts? Thanks

This all just depends on you.

1.) You can always build up the comb height by sticking some cut up strips of mouse pad under your stock pack. This is cheap and easy.

2.) You can get a XLR Industries cheek piece for $25 and install it on the T5A and it will work just as good in terms of functionality.

3.) Karstens cheek rest is another option for less money.

4.) Me personally, I'd save a lil more money and get the adj version.

I havent needed an adj. cheek piece and I have two of these setups.

I recently ordered a T2A, but that was just personal preference. I like the looks of the adjustable cheek-piece. Do you need it? No, not really. Just order the T5 and move on to purchase other items with the money that you will be saving by not ordering the adjustable cheek-piece. Good luck.

The adjustable is $140 more? Get the adjustable version and do not look back.
