Greetings, If I have posted this in the wrong place accept my appologies and move it. I this Summer aquired my 07/FFL and 02/SOT. I have started a small gunsmithing and machine shop. I intend to build some suppressors and may sell a few as I have customers that are intersted. If I understand correctly I can build my suppresors and upon completion send the form 2 to ATF. If I were to sell one, then a form 4 and 200 bux is sent to ATF for approval of transfer just as if I had sold them one I had aquired from wholesalers. If this is not correct or I am missing something, please set me straight as I do not wish to set myself up for a problem, and am attempting to make certain I am in the right. Thanks in advance. Dave

Yes, you are correct.
You file your Form2 AFTER you finish the silencer, and it transfers to a non-licensee on a Form4 or to another dealer/manufacturer on A Form3.
