I have a K318i that I'm very happy with on my work rifle. The new 2.5-25 March scopes are really interesting & I think they'd be great on a precision AR10 in an urban/suburban environment.

The March scores seem to have a really solid reputation, but how does the glass in the March compare to the Kahles?

For a work gun - how's the Kahles holding up ? Does work involve it getting bounced around? I have a K525i and I baby it when possible so I'm just curious. Considering the K318i in addition....

Thanks

The March 2.5-25X42 or 52 are very nice SFP scopes. They are small and light. They are not "new" as they have been around for a few years. If by "new" you mean 2020/2021, then I believe you should consider the March 1.5-15X42. It's the one I have on my competition AR-10, which I shoot in matches to 600 yards. It's a brand new objective lens assembly design and it is also an FFP design and like all March scopes, built like an Abrams tank. In SFP, there are the 2.5-25X42, 2.5-25X52 and the 1.5-15X42. In FFP design the 3-24X42 and the 3-24X52 are the equivalent of the 2.5-25X42/52. The 1.5-15X42 only comes in an SFP design at the moment. No, I do not know what plans there are to bring that new objective assembly design to an FFP.

You are correct, I meant SFP and wrote FFP. This getting old, is getting old. I wonder if it gets better with even more age.

I corrected the post above; thanks again.
