Rifle Scopes March 3x24x52, Anyone have their hands on one yet?

I have the 3x24x42 and it has been a great scope for me. It is a little tight on the eye box at 24. The reticle should be .05 instead of .1. For the size of the package is does very well.

I've been looking at this scope too. It seems to be about the best scope for the money.

I've had the 3-24X 42mm for 18 months and it's great. Eyebox and reticle size not really an issue with the open crosshairs and central dot. Great optical clarity and turrets with novel zero stop. Has handled thousands of rounds without issues. Remember 2/3rdsthe weight and length of comparable scopes. What's not to like!

You mean this one? ;)

I'm in the process of doing a review right now, just got a little behind after going to ASC. I'll be finishing up the tracking test in a week or so and posting the video here, similar to the F1 tracking test I posted a few weeks ago. Full review will be posted here

I've been looking at this scope too. It seems to be about the best scope for the money.

I've got the 42mm version, which I like. Neat little scope with a lot of ability, packed into a tiny package. For the $2k I spent (used) you can't beat it...except maybe with a NF F1 which f course lacks a little power.

At $3250 (illuminated) for the x52, it'll be a tough sell on me over the same-priced NF 5-25 F1.

That said, if I were Kelblys, I'd make sure I had a heap of these on the shelf for the April 2015 March sale. They'll fly off the shelf.

I'd like one but the price difference was too much. I'd buy another 5-40 for what the 3-24 cost unless weight and length if just a huge factor.

Great scopes just price difference should have been $100 not $400

I'm waiting for a sale. I have about 10 months to wait until I get the rifle the March is going on from GAP.

Haven't had a chance to put any lead downrange yet but some pics and thoughts:

The objective bell on it seems a lot more proportional IMO as the 42mm model seemed pretty small im my mind.
I was doing a bit of "neighborhood surveillance" at dusk the first night they arrived and I found (again this is subjective)
but it did seem like compared to the 42mm it was a lot clearer in low light scenarios. The eye box seemed a little
bit more forgiving but still your cheek weld and head position is very important (which it should be very consistent anyhow)

Will post more when I finally get to throw some 6.5 4S lead downrange ;-)

Back up for some reviews.

3-24x52, 0.05mil turrets, 30mil+ elevation and a FFP H59 style reticle. Would probably buy two.

I'd be all over one of these if they just made a thinner solid line FML-1. I've use the floating crosshair and or dot reticle and I'm done with them.

Any more reports on the eye box? I had the 42, and it was nice, but the eye box issue was too much. Plus it got a little dark past 18. Given its size I had it on a hunting rifle, and I would like one of the new 52 to put on a match rifle. But eye box is going to be a determining factor, as I won't be able to have the exact same cheek weld in the various shooting positions. Also curious to see how it stacks up to the Kahles 624 GenII. Really like the scope.
