Does anybody here know the twist rate on the military's new Mark 13 300 win mag?

4.2.4. MK13 MODs5/6 /7/8 Barreled Action Assembly
4.2.4.1. Barrel to be constructed from 416R stainless steel.
4.2.4.2. Barrel shall be of a 1:10 Right Hand twist design with 5R rifling.
