Match Grade Sniper School will be teaching sniper courses Sept. 2-5, and Sept 30-Oct. 3, 2013.

Students will learn weapons manipulations, range cards, range estimation, hold overs, rapid fire, angle shooting, unknown distance, movers and bobbers. We have a high ground facility that we can shoot out to one mile.

The course is NM DPS Police Officer Standard Accreditation(POST) certified.

Our standards are demanding precision, consistency, and performance under pressure. We have some of the best training facilities anywhere.

Please visit Match Grade Sniper School for more information.

Hope to see you at the course!

Its great to see this course highlighted on Sniper's Hide. Having completed this very course in the past year, I remain impressed by MGSS's ability to cover so many critical drills in a relatively short period of time. Their well thought-out sequence of events elevates students' shooting beyond expectations. I found it to be a shooting intensive course of instruction with demanding accuracy standards. While MGSS has access to the 1,000 yard range described on their website, the most useful facility in the course is elsewhere and used for the unknown distance and high-angle live-fire. Since the instructors use a hybrid approach, it was a great opportunity to learn the use of the traditional data book combined with a ballistic computer. It is also important to note how the instructors were able to communicate to/with participants like myself who used MILs and holds as well as other students who dialed with MOA. -W. Great to hear positive feedback. I am hoping to take the late September offering.
