Rifle Scopes Meopta Reticles

I have a Meopta Meostar, R1 3-12X56 with the 4B reticle. After quite a bit of googling, I can't find the spacing on the holdover lines. The brochure doesn't give it and the website doesn't either. The phone number gives you the run-around and doesn't let you talk to a live human.
Can anybody help???

haha Meopta. I so laugh at them. Like burris, they are just a mil turret away from dominating the sub $1500 glass market.

It came on a gun I traded for. Pretty clear glass though. Just having a little trouble sorting out this reticle. I think I'm getting there though.

Couldn't put a meter rule out at 100m and graduate the reticule from that?
