Models keep trending a big one on the way Thursday-Saturday for Central VA.
I live just north of the 19 in Southern VA, where it turns grey for 2 feet of the shit.
Time to get out the driveway stakes and dust off the Polaris plow.
68 degrees forecast here today.

We got a nice little 10" dusting last night.... and this morning it's going to be sleet and rain! Then back to snow! Given the amount of snow on the evergreens up here... there's gonna be some carnage for sure.

Truck's warming up now prior to plowing for the next hour... or so. While the snow is still fluffy!

I blame Al Gore.

Look at the bright side of this scenario! You have ten inches on the ground, it rains (providing a solid bed for more snow to sit on) & soon enough y’all will be able to ride sleds again. I have to agree that clearing snow gets old. Fast.

I feel for you guys. I was awakened with an unpleasant phone call and after walking around in the wet backyard barefoot for about an hour I decided I should throw on some flip flops. I think we may drop into the 60's this evening.

I was digging around in my truck last night and found my big ole snow scraper and artic gloves and laughed maniacally that I shall (hopefully) never again need either.
