Midsouth shipping or hazmat flat rate...

Midsouth has a $5 flat rate shipping or hazmat charge special for Labor Day. I can read the code for hazmat and get it to work but their ad blocks the view of the code for shipping.

Anyone got that code and/or able to get it to apply?

I tried the flat rate shipping code about 20 minutes ago. It kept telling me that I had to remove out of stock items from my cart and then enter the code. The product I was trying to order showed “in stock” . Tried it a couple of times. Finally gave up.

I also found that you have to buy $49 or more of non sale items to use the code as well...gave up and went elsewhere...
