midway customer service did me right

I ordered up some goodies from midway and had one of their $10 off a $100 order coupons that I forgot to punch in. The order shipped and then I remembered the coupon so I called them and said "can I still use it somehow?"

The obvious answer would be "no [dumba**], you should have used it at the time of purchase like it says to do" but what they did instead was give me a $10 credit for my next order.

Since I somehow doubt this is my last midway order that was fine by me and better than I was hoping for.

Yea for customer service!

Midway has always been good to me. They have a very wide selection, at acceptable prices (mostly). The order processing gives you the right feedback too, via email and web.
If only their web site wasn't SO FSCKING SLOW!

Midway customer service has been second to none for me. I ordered some reloading items the week of Christmas and got it on Wednesday before Christmas it took them two days to get it to me. I was stoked.

It runs on IIS, they _paid_ to make it run like that.

Aalways done me right. I just got the birthday discount on my last order.

now...US Airways is a different story.

No complaints here. They know me on a 1st name basis now and they're always very pleasant to work with.
