I am looking to buy their monolithic quad rail system and I was wondering if I needed a low profile gas block or would my railed gas block work fine?

That depends. Which gas system do you have on your rifle?
Carbine, mid-length, rifle?
If its rifle length you should be fine.

Sorry I forgot to say its a rifle length gas system. Their specs say the rail system is 12 inches.
