Gunsmithing Millet Sights Front Sight for 1911.

Does anyone have or know where I can get out of production Millet front sights? I have a 1911 with a Millet Model CA00010 Rear Sight and a Millet Front Sight, I don't know the model number but it might be SO31219. It is a narrow tenon stake on front sight. I found the sight after it came off this weekend but it broke between the base and the tenon. Alternatively, does anyone think a new stake on tenon could be welded to this blade?

Why not up grade to a dual crimp or better yet, a cross dovetail?

My slide is already cut/profiled for this blade. When we put it on in '95 we had to file a flat on the slide to accomodate the base.
