Hey fellas, how do I figure out the minimum barrel thickness per caliber that I could thread for a brake or can? An example is that I have a 7mm mag which is .645 at the muzzle, subtract .280 and that leaves you with .365. Is that enough meat for threads? SPM

Re: minimal thickness for threading

Yes, thats enough for threading. Call Harrels Precision and speak with Lynwood Harrel. Tell him what you have and he'll send a brake out. Good stuff for $35.00
