Suppressors Minimum barrel length on recored TBAC 30BA

What's the minimum barrel length for a recored 30BA, with regards to .308W, 6.5G, 6.8 SPCII, .300BO, .300WM, 6.5PRC and 7.62x39? Is it considered a gen 1 Ultra 7? Thanks

If it was recored with Ultra baffles, then it's all the same as an Ultra 9.
