Mk12 (SPR) bipod question

What length of Harris Swivel bipeds are used on the Mk12 builds; 9-13 or 6-9? Specifically to allow 30 round mag clearance.

Uhhh...you might want to check that designation, the MK25 is the Sig P226v unless the Navy recently reclassified it.

I think he means SR25/Mk11? But they dont have 30 round mags

We had Harris 6-9" notched swivel bipods on our MK11, MK12, M40, and XM3 in the Marines

Definitely the Harris 6-9". Will it allow enough clearance for a 30rd mag on a level surface? No, but it is the spec bipod. You'll have to extend the legs to get the most out if it with the 30 rounders.

real operators run beta c drums on MK12's, but for that you need the 3-4 feet shooting sticks from cabelas

Np, like everyone said, run a 6-9 but go for 20 rounders instead, 30s will just get hung up on the ground
