Gunsmithing MK14 project need barrel cut and threaded

I'm Brand new to the forums, so Hello. I Shoot a GAP Rock built from George's shop in KC.
Im looking to have 22 inch M1A barrel cut down to 18 inches and threaded for MK14 EBR porject.
Can you recommend anyone that would do this for me as a reasonable rate. I would send the SEI Vortex hider with barreled action.

Is it a USGI barrel? Why not sell it and buy a 18 inch bareel?
