Rifle Scopes MOA BASE NEEDED FOR MY REM 40x 22?

Re: MOA BASE NEEDED FOR MY REM 40x 22?

from a 50 yard zero I have 52.5 moa of drop at 300 yards with that ammo. Im not sure how much travel is in your scope, but I would guess you will need a 20-25 moa base.

A lot of people think canted base's are only to be able to dial out further. But another big reason to have one is to be closer to the optical center of your scope

In a pinch, you can always get one custom machined to whatever MOA you desire. IIRC 60 MOA is 1 degree.
I know that as of last check US Optics would do one for you, & they'd definitely know how to do the math to get the MOA right. That & I'm sure there are plenty of other folks out there who are handy with a Mill & a calculator. Likely a few well placed phone calls would yield what you're after, plus some expert advice.
