If things are bothering you and making you have anxiety, fear, dread, depression ect there is but one remedy for it. It is deciding to not give a f*ck. When you do that the things that used to bother you seem to go away. Think about it, the masses of unwashed folks in this country that don't have crap are usually happy. Its because they don't give a f* ck.
