Hiders,

As many of you know, we migrated over to a new server recently. It's been nothing but a headache.

Yesterday about noon we "lost" all our emails. They all just vanished. This lasted a few hours, and a support ticket cleared that up, but since then we have not been able to send or receive emails, and as of right now, this is still the case. Heck of a deal for a business like ours.

So, I am not ignoring you, in fact you should know I'm not getting your emails because you should get a returned email message. This appies to all online orders too.

Needless to say, we are trying to get this resolved ASAP, so thanks for bearing with us.

Scott

Listen, none of that matters. What's most important here is did you get my Bushnell 1600's out alright? If you lost my credit card authorization that's alright, I won't be too upset.

Your MX record is blacklisted on Barracuda:

Might want to check your external facing IP too. And then call your host and raise hell. </div></div>

Good call he is on 2 blacklists.

BARRACUDA LISTED Return codes were: 127.0.0.2 896 13806
Tiopan LISTED Return codes were: 127.0.0.2 2095 0

Re: More Liberty Optics server issues

I dealt with a server running Plesk a couple years ago and said never again. Everything was dog slow to administer and just unimpressive all around. Scott, maybe too late after all the BS you've been through, but I'm going to PM you the names of two hosts I've had pretty good luck with...one's a FreeBSD Unix host and the other Windows Server 2008 (the latter on which we run .NET and PHP-based apps along with SQL Server and MySQL).

Impressive feedback, but this cyber-speak is over my head. Though I do understand the concept of being blacklisted haha. Probably won't be the first time.

Scott, unless you have something tied into this current host go to a different web hosting provider now. The current host you are using needs the boot, sounds like amateur hour to me. If you need any help just PM me, I have a lot of experience in this field.

Re: More Liberty Optics server issues

Scott, if he can't get the basics right just drop him. What you are experiencing is wrong, it shows he is ignorant and cannot run the services. You pay him to do a job and he is not doing it. Not only that he is costing you money when there are issues. There is no excuse for what you are seeing. You really don't gain anything by staying with someone who YOU have to watch constantly to be sure he is doing his job.

Make sure the domain is in your name, move it and your host to a reliable provider before it ends up worse than it already is.

The situation is like paying a gunsmith to do a job and him showing you he does not know how. You don't keep using guys like that.
