It's comforting to know that our country isn't the only one being overrun by lunatics and pussies.
My Dad told me early on that if he found out I started a fight with someone I could plan on getting my ass kicked for it when I got home. He also told me that if someone started a fight with me and I didn't finish it (win or lose) that I could plan on getting my ass kicked when I got home. Worked for me.

When I was a kid in school and there was a fight the worst that happened was you got suspended for a few days. Now days they call in the PD and kids end up getting introduced to the court system for a childhood fight. I'm sure the reason is schools trying to cover their asses and not get sued. The punk got what he had coming to him and if anything he should be the one apologizing. Punk apologizes for being a bully and starting the altercation and the other kid apologizes for the body slam, ernd of story....hopefully.

If we are blaming parents for kid's behavior which I don't really like to do, then we must blame the fat kid's parents for not raising him with more self confidence. I guarantee if that kid walked around like he was a bad ass, nobody would touch him. He got picked on because he was a soft target. We can blame parents for all the worlds woes but in the end everybody makes their own decisions. I really doubt that the bully was never told that what he was doing was wrong.

The bully pushed his luck, and the chubby kid took enough to warrant some repercussions. The kid getting bullied looks like he was brought up fine to me as he could have easily beat the nightmare out of that little prick, but chose not too. He definitely has more patience than most though.
