The one on the left looks like a Remington model 8 auto loader. Recoilingbarrel.
Middle one looks like it could be a model 70 long action.
On the right not a lot to go on, but Schnabel forend and the top of the action makes me think Savage 99.

Well of course it's logs stacked on top of each other. Its a LOG HOUSE.
That is some master level joinery.
I think based on the straight bolt handle, checkering and front sight the middle rifle is a Winchester model 54. @sirhrmechanic is correct on the other two.

Sorry to hear that. I remember watching a video of Her and the Seekers doing "Waltzing Matilda ". She and They obviously Loved their Country. I served with many Australians. Endlessly reliable. No doubt. They are just stacked like Lincoln logs, but at the end of the day, that took some talent to cut all those out and make them fit so well.
