I had a fly walking around on the backing cardboard while shooting my .22lr at 100 yards a few years back. I decided to see if I could hit him using my 1.25 inch wind hold from the last shot. A good friend was on the bench next to me. After the shot I told him to look through my spotting scope and he started laughing. Obviously some luck involved.

Used to shoot handgun silhouette, one range was in a cow pasture. Cease fire calls for cattle on the range were not uncommon. I once took a shot on a ram at 200 meters with a 7mm TCU when a bird sitting on a cow turd took flight just in front of the target. Bird exploded in mid air.

That’s the “I just got divorced and have to stop being a fact hunt if I want to catch another man” sequence. Reverse it for “I’m married now and can become the fact hunt I always wanted to be”
