I'd take a "small town 10" over pretty much ANYTHING else 🤷‍♂️.

Definitely over anyone that's from a heartless, money-first, vanity ridden place, such as Dubai. (Admittedly never been there, but such a stereotype exists in more places than the UAE)

Motivation is P90X at age 62. This shit is kicking my ass, but I’m giving it a go and doing what I can. Being a truck driver has had me over weight and out of it. Time for some changes.

I've heard of P90x. What of the exercise regimen known as "Insanity?" Does that ring a bell?

Need to be carful especially if your not in great shape.

Muscles get stronger much faster than ligaments and tendons.

Lots of people get strong/in shape quicker than their body/skeleton can catch up

That’s why the tai bow regime vanished and cross fit is almost gone. Too many injuries.

Worked well but too many injuries, risk reward was out of sync

Don’t forget…your not 25 anymore 😂😂

CrossFit almost gone!? Not around my area at all.

I forgot that I wasn't 25. Started martial arts again; it's the ligaments and tendons fucking with me. I had to back off for a while to heal, but I'll keep with it. Just need to remind myself of my age before my body does.
