yeah, that's like the time I was sure I ran over a mongoose that was running across the road with a nut in it's mouth, but 1) it had a bushy tail and 2) mongooses are native to Africa and Asia, and this was New Jersey.

The mongoose was imported to Okinawa in the early 1900s to control venomous snakes. Apparently, the mongoose didn’t care for the taste and they are now considered a pest.
I worked in a fairly remote area and saw them quite often. One would pop up in the road and challenge your car to a fight.
Did a double take on that one. First glance her right boobs looks like a torpedo.
When I was based in Malaysia about 50 years ago, some of us would collect Mongoose and some would collect Cobras, put them together in a cage and bet on the outcome.
