When confronted by an outcry, they said they were preventing looting of firearms. they left homes open, overturned in a search, and broke into safes. The owners reportedly never got their guns back. Nothing was done to the CHP.
I’ve seen that more than once. The best ones are when they’ve used push pins and bent nails to hang nice curtains and then tell you that that’s how it was installed “by the curtain guy”.

Friend works for the local phone company, his daughter was interning at a water company, a few years ago, she was in the field to inspect (she is an engineer of some sorts) the crews digging to install a new water line, he was in the field looking at and inspecting the fiber theat the same water line contractor pulled out the ground with a backhoe,,,
