I dont know what shitty state you live in but we hand out huge amounts of candy and this hasn’t happened a single time. The kids here won’t even take a big handfuls of candy when you tell them to because their parents did a good job. Toddlers to teenagers no issues.

They still leave excited with handfuls of candy, because I put it in their bags
