When abused which is been very obvious the last 10-15 years or so the muscle doesn’t look as striated as the muscle next to it. Like a smooth shoulder and a striated chest. Looks stupid all things equal.
People also inject filler like they do for lips and ass etc. same idea as SEO but it lasts longer and almost stays where you inject it.
This guy looks a little more filler than oil. That much “oil” and it would flop around like a bag full of water. Lol
