No offense but this is a very very VEEEERRRRYYYYY old meme that I still see 253 times a day.
Amen! I still have my first shotgun I bought with money I earned baling hay, it’s a Remington 870. That was over 45 years ago. I’ll hand it down to my son, and when my dad dies I’ll inherit his Ithaca model 37 that he earned baling hay 70 years ago.

I’m not a vet, still no need to ask me to thank you every 5 seconds. The real high speed operators and team guys never said shit to anyone about it and the one who talked about it the most was a supply sergeant, weird shit. Don’t recall anyone telling me how they protected me thankfully. I do go out of my way to say stuff to Vietnam Vets since they got treated so shitty coming home.
Obviously you volunteer to go to war I appreciate it, but no need to remind me to try and get more discounts on already low prices constantly. I know one guy with a FFL that requires you to be active duty for a discount and he’s a vet. Always an awkward moment when guys hear “active duty only” and it’s only something like 3%. He also grills them about their MOS and where they deployed It’s hard to watch when I’ve stopped in.
The best way to get discounts is be cool when you show up, spend money, and don’t ask for shit theyll remember you.

Hannah starred in two movies that I know of... "Summer Lovers" (mostly unknown) and of course, "Splash" (much more well known). In both original films, there are scenes showing Hannah, naked, and walking away from the camera, showing her a$$ moving. In subsequent releases of both films on video/DVD, those scenes are deleted. I have to find it, but I think I have a video archive of the "Summer Lovers" scene when it was first aired on Cable TV and I was VCRing at the time. And, of course, I have the original DVD of her in Splash (that deletion was done much more recently).
"Summer Lovers" was an interesting little movie about Two Americans (Hannah and Peter Gallagher) vacationing on Santorini Island, Greece, where a lot of young adults vacation (Full Nude beaches, etc.). They meet another tourist there played by the late actress Valerie Quennessen (of "Conan the Barbarian" fame).
Let's just say, she was 10 times more GAOW than Hannah!
Sadly, she was killed in an auto accident. RIP Valerie...

LOL there is a small gun shop at the corner of my block, only open Friday night after 5, Saturday. and Sunday if he feels like it. The store is literally a 250 sq. ft. showroom. There will be 20 cars outside on Saturday, they must be packed in like sardines in there. I often wonder how many are actually buying stuff. Really nice guy though, likes guns and supplies a service for transfers. He has another business and I think he does this more as a hobby.
I'll stop in on a Friday night when I walk the dog when a couple of people are there.
Another difference between men and women.... tan lines. Generally speaking, women don't like tan lines and will go out of their way to avoid them. Some might even go as far as to suggest it goes to their inherent dishonest nature. "Oh I always look like this", and a tan line gives the truth away.
Where on the other hand, men tend to love tan lines! Invisible lingerie! It's like highlighter for all the good parts!
