Our laws in PA concerning open carry are a bit convoluted and complex. Anyone who can legally own a firearm can open carry anywhere except Philadelphia, but the second they get into a vehicle it's a problem unless they have a License to Carry Firearms, which is easy to get if you are not prohibited from having firearms.
Except while hunting or on my own property, I prefer to stay concealed. I have 2 friends who open carry everywhere, and only one of them was asked to cover up or leave an establishment once. He left quietly. Here, signs do not have the force of law - you only have a problem if you're asked to leave and refuse.

I've spent many days wandering the halls in Harrisburg focused on only 2A issues, and there were at least a couple of D's who had it right. This was 10+ years ago, and now the D's who have a slim House majority through unconstitutional redistricting by activist judges are in lockstep on everything.
