FL offers to register you to vote immediately upon the issuance of a drivers license. They did with me when I moved here 10 years ago.

I know two people here on a student visa who got called for jury duty


Pretty much all illegals can get a drivers license in CA.

The theory was to cut down on non licensed and non insured drivers

Fewer hit and runs as people who are insured and licensed will leave a note

You can guess that did not work out




They use to tow and impound cars of illegals and then stopped as it was evil.

Then they issued licenses and never went back to impounding cars from unlicensed folks

You'll have to take that up with the AKA experts that put those lists together, then. I don't necessarily agree with the order, either. I think Dobies are much higher than "5th."
