without knowing more I'd guess a propane tank. (ever notice that there are signs telling RVs that they can't travel through the long highway tunnels with their propane tanks, there is a reason for that)

And by the way....what sort of blow hole does that to a dog? It darn sure didnt fly up there by itself.
