I see that lower pic, and think raccoon Texas star. Only difference is, I'd shoot it bottom to top. In this case, shooting the top one first may cause it to drag one or two below it to the ground, without the opportunity to "clean" the target presented. Carry on.

This is a real problem. The company I work for has about 70K employees. They had to create a whole new HR process, and train management how to deal with...............................parents that call and want to know why their kid has not been promoted or given a raise. Most of the time when this happens the kids are right out of college and have only been in the work force for a few weeks or months.
