It amazes me how quicly some people in this country forget. If you had held up a sign in new York a week after 911 that read " elect Barack Hussein obama" you would have been beaten to death. Now they have elected officially open Muslims to our government. I fucking don't get it.

I would make an allowance, because Sikhs are our allies and friends and and fit in nicely with Western Democracy individual rights and freedom of religion.

Veer, I think this is the same as some of the European countries that are moving to outlaw the same headgear. It is about assimilation. I personally do not care about what she wears. I am disgusted that we have elected this person and that would not be different if she dressed differently.
