I'll try to find the journal article that stated the cold was a coronavirus. My understanding is that some colds are attributed to rhinovirus, but not all.

Seriously, it is sad this has become so political that some people want to get violent. I really think Russia and China has to be laughing their asses off. America has not only fallen far behind the rest of the world in Math and Science, apparently we forget about foreign interference.

Personally, if you want the jab get it, if you don't, don't. If your employer has a policy, either follow it, quite or get fired. If you own a bussiness do what you want, and to me that includes letting insurance companies charge a different rate to people far more likely to run up a big bill in the ICU.

Unvaccinated people are 1100% more likely to die from Covid. Prove me wrong with facts.

My comments are made on what I personally know. I am a nurse in a long term care facility. Last November we had a major outbreak. My unit is 28 residents. We lost 12 during the out break, all but one resident on the unit came down positive. All but one staff member had it. We were required to were N95 mask, face shields and gowns. Yep we still tested positive. 6 of the 12 that died were on hospice, or were declining very rapidly. The others were obese, diabetics or had major cardiac issues. All of the others recovered and are doing fine that includes people from 72 years old to 95. Once we started administering the vax we had to hospitalize 3 and one who was up walking around fine, vitals perfect on the day he received the vax was dead 2 days later.

The facility my mother in law is at has less that 50 residents all but 2 residents are fully vaxed, they had a major outbreak in the last month. Five of the residents had to be hospitalized 3 of them died. The 2 non vaxed residents are fine and one of them is my 85 year old mother in law. She had full covid back in May so it is believed that the natural immunity helped her.

My wife works at one of the largest hospitals in the area. They have over 3,000 nurses. The hospital has only 30 covid patients as of yesterday. The majority are not in icu. Most of them are there for other issues.

I am not anti vax, but not for me. Also for the crowd that says charge higher rates for those not vaxed, I am ok with that if you apply it to the obese, the smokers, the alcoholics, those with high cholesterol from bad diets, and the druggies. Those are life style choices.

So not only do anti-mRNA vaxers have to pay for Democrats to have welfare and health insurance but now you want them to pay more for their own insurance???

Second, if you’re getting crossover infections what is the variant currently going on in Israel? Delta, gamma, mu, etc.

Third, even if the friggin vaccine is only 40% effective that’s better than being completely screwed.

Lastly, this thing will continue to be a moving target and every year they will probably come out with the four strains that are the worst and create a vaccine for that.

all of the vaccines that have been produced from the United States are affective against the original beta and alpha variants of what we call COVID-19. Any additional protection is a matter of happenstance not planning. And all the friggin conspiracy theorist and anti-VAXer need to get a life… rather than running around thinking that what they’re spouting is actually valid.
