I moved my family out of violent Memphis back in the late 80s. The local high school had the highest per-capita in-schoolhouse rape numbers in the nation. One of my cars was stolen, I had someone break through the exterior wall in my apartment, and steal Christmas gifts. Anything outside which was not chained in place, was stolen. There was a lot of anti-white rage in that town. If you were robbed at gunpoint, and complied, you would still get shot several times afterward. As for the car I had stolen, the police refused to take fingerprints, as car theft was so common it was not worth their time. There were potions of Memphis the police refused to enter, unless they had full SWAT overwatch. A lone police car entering would get riddled with bullets. I experienced this first hand when I went to recover my stolen car from one of the housing projects.
