MOUNTING A Powder Measure to my T-7

I bought the parts from Dillon to mount my Redding powder measure to my Reddding T-7.

RL 450 Powder Die

Powder Funnel Stock Number: 13587

I talked to the guy at DiLLON for a while he made it sound easy to install.I asked if the items came with instructions?
He said no.Any one set one of these up?I could use some tips.
