Suppressors Moving in the same state with pending Form 4?

Just sold the house and moved with a form 4 going on 10 months pending .... what’s the protocol for when I get approved ? Should I change my DL address or just wait ?

IIRC Correct, it’s not an issue in the same state.

I’ve been through this three times. Once I had to file a change of address with the ATF after the form 4 came back, once I was able to call the ATF and change it before it was approved, and once they just said it was in state so don’t worry about it. Good luck. Seems like there is no written policy.

Just “send them a notice that you moved”.

There’s no requirement for them to send you back something or for you to send certified. USPS loses mail all the time

Could a city impose an ordinance that restricts your ability to own the item? like when a city imposes an "assault weapon" ban, I would like it does matter?
