Moving with firearms questions.

I am planning to move soon and may move across the country and was wondering how do I move with several guns? I will fly from alabama to oregon (unless something changes) and since I own very little stuff I was going to ship/mail my belongings. Can I mail the guns that I own to myself without an FFL? I don't think there will be enough room for luggage because I plan to have two sea bags full with me. Any ideas?

yes you can mail long arms to yourself

Just make sure you know any state-specific laws in Oregon.
