I bought the ultra lite model and am trying to decide the best way to mount a bipod. I noticed the included rail covers up the bottom QD socket which I plan to use for my sling. Is the spigot mount reversible? I noticed it has the "Rat plate on one side and the pict rail mounts on the other side. Can I reverse it and have the pict rail facing down to be used with the bipod? I have a Harris with an ADM QD mount.
Also, I plan to take the gun to the "Mud bowl" . Few friends from college and I meet up for a coyote hunt in September and its usually wet and muddy. There is a large hole on the left side of the chassis for a lefty 700 and it leaves the trigger exposed. Does anyone think this will cause issues with my trigger or am I overthinking?
Added: I don't know if they sent one or will send one out. I emailed them on facebook and they told me to send my address to "Phil" who has yet to respond to any of my emails. Their facebook page as well hasn't responded either.
Can anyone take and pictures or measurements of how its made and fits in the chassis? I should be patient but at the same time, I've had no contact with them either.
