I ended up biting the bullet and placing the order for the mrgg because I figured once they sell out it might be another year before they are in stock. I'll report back when it arrives. Too many high end gun purchases lately!

Please post some groups, some thoughts, a full report once you receive and get some trigger time. If these things hammer, especially with chrome lined barrel, I would strongly consider buying one.

I wouldn't concern myself about their Crome lined barrels not being accurate.

Will do. I will say their chromed lined barrels in other lines are hammers so I’d assume the same for these if not more so.

You're right, at least with Geiselle. They seem to make very accurate barrels. I like their HBAR, especially after your review.

I got a little spoiled with premium cut rifled Bartlein barrels, but it looks like G is approaching that level of performance while maintaining the durability of CHF chrome.

I picked up a 14.5" Geissele HBAR CHF for under $300 bucks. While I've had several very good CHF barrels, the only one I have had that came close was in the HK MR223a3 Imports and the sub-$300 Geissele shot better. I'm impressed. I've not been a G$ fan but they've got me paying more attention now.

That is exactly what I was referring to. Not too many AR15 chrome lined barrels are capable of that level of precision. Everyone thinks they have one that is, until they shoot a 10-round group. Geissele chrome HBAR is legit

I have a few AR rifles that shoot like that, but they are all cut rifled stainless steel barrels. I think it's nice to be able to rapid fire now and again guilt free, I hate doing that with a Bartein
