How does it compare to Badger FTE for recoil dampening?

Any way you could incorporate a small tab with a bead on the end into the pinch collar, time it at 12:00 instead, and use it for a front BUIS?

ETA: I guess the angle of the ports would be all wrong then, directing the muzzle blast to the ground and increasing the dust signature.
