Will it effect accuacy if i have the integrated muzzle brake removed (cut off) of my rem 700 vtr?

To do it correctly, you are gonna wanna have the barrel re-crowned. It could possibly change the accuracy a bit for better or worse, although I doubt it would be drastic, might call for a bit of load tweaking.

Lots of guys are cutting them off on vtr's used for hunting. Accuracy should be better if the crown is cut better than factory.

Thanks guys I was just wondering bc some of the rules say theyre a no no. Prob just wait till i re barrel, prob my best bet. Yall agree?
