From time to time there is confusion regarding thread specifications and unfortunately these cases often produce some heartburn for the rifle/suppressor owner.

The diagrams at this link represent what the muzzle threads should be for proper fit. (We thread precisely to the class 3 thread specifications.)

Sweet baby jesus... I was gonna make a thread asking what exactly the numbers on threading specs mean! lol

But I still don't really know what "5/8-24" means... Does that mean 5/8ths long, and 24 tpi? Just something I was wondering, nothing more
