Re: My baby

Thanks guys. She couldn't have done it better. I carried the rifle and set it down, she positioned it and waited for the shot. She told me she was ready and I told her to let it fly.
It was a perfect heart shot/ 1 shot at 102 yards .243AI custom built Rem 700 Krieger 1/8 ss match 26" w/ brake. I had the Manners stock shortened to 12.0" LOP for her. 2lb trigger. Badger 20MOA rail & rings. Leupold Mk4 M1 8.5-25x50 Mildot. This was 2 weeks after her 7th b-day.

That means 340 pounds of good eatin!!!.... As for me, nothing beats fresh elk liver!!!!.... At work one of the guys has been sharing some elk steak from time to time at lunch winter BBQs… Elk makes beef taste like cardboard by comparison!!!
