I was out at Reade Range in PA this past Wednesday. These are the best groups that I shoot.

Rifle: Sako TRG 42 .338LM 1:12 twist
Scope: Luepold MK4 LR/T 8.5X25-50 (Holland Reticle)
BiPod: Harris 6"-9"

Bullet: Lapua 250gr Scenar
Powder: 85.5gr RL22
Primer: GM215M
Case: Lapua Factory Brass
COAL: 3.720"
Velocity: 2810fps

Conditions:
Wind: 8-12mph with gusts to 18mph
Baro: 28.50
Elevation: 1640fasl
Temp: 42 degrees F

Very nice shooting! Must have been a steady wind because you had better horizontal dispersion than vertical. I'm calculating a 15" difference in windage from 8mph to 12mph at 800yds.
