My bro is an accomplished Pistolsmith. Here's some sample of his work. Sorry for a lousy cellphone picture. What do you think Guys!

Wish I could. My bro shop is in the PI. I need to bring him here for a couple months so that he can build me a couple of these. I have no doubt that these pistol are just as good as any built by well known pistolsmith here in the US. One of his pistol made it to 2002 World Shoot in Pietersburg, South Africa. The lady competitor that used my bro's pistol won first place.

Here's one of his Para/STI hybrid. He totally rebuild the Para frame to accept the STI slide.

Re: My Brother's pistols

PI as in Philippine Islands? There's some serious 1911 pistolcraft in that part of the world. When I was there, I saw dudes carrying some Gucci'd out 1911 race guns, and I shot against a few of them in some IPSC matches. Nice rigs, your bro appears to have some real talent.

You're the 3rd person to mention that. I'm not much of a pistol shooter so I don't know what it is with the #6 that people like. Maybe good for concealed carry. The grip is Kimber but actually it's made out of an exotic hard wood only found in the Philippines. Actually it's listed as an endangered species now but my brother has quite a lot in his inventory.
