My Customer Service Experience--Alpha Mags

Ordered two 308 type II mags; two weeks , no mags, saw the thread on problems, called the number. Chris asnwered on the second ring...and got my name and looked up the details.

- Seems I left my old APO address in paypal and he sent to mags overseas--I now live in VA
- Chris IMMEDIATELY said, no sweat, whats you news address. Ok, two more going out, you should have them in three days--no charge!
- Three days later, two mags showed up via priority mail
- The fit like a glove in my XLR chasis
- They load 10 rounds easy
- Cycle fine--but have not been to the range yet

Especially considering this was all my fault for the old address, and Chris basically gave me two mags that work fine...well I would call that a positive experience.

Had the same thing happen when I ordered, he got my old address from PayPal, I called him, he said he would send them in the mail same day and I would get them by Friday, this was on a Tuesday. Sure enough, come Friday I see a box sitting on my doorstep with two magazines. This was only a few months ago too, I wouldn't hesitate to order from him again, this was top notch stuff.
