Rifle Scopes my new burris mildot laserscope maybe broken‏

I just buy this burris mildot laserscope . but used it have many problems.

1. I press the Main Switch LaserScope is activated.
2. And then depress the Main Switch 3sec, didnot touch any switch.
3. LaserScope is pointed the target when pointed the target many times the scope is show "---Y" didnot show the range, i confirm the target is over 50 yard.

anyone used this laserscope?
