Will it push a 140 grain SMK to 3200? Will each reamer come with a short length of two by four to help with working the bolt?
Well.... yes 'WOW' is one way to put it. It's (as stated) a 6.5 Arisaka that was a bargain basement buy at 60$ in a decent Bishop walnut stock.
After doing a little measuring here and inspecting there, should be able to go right in and make a 6.5 CM out of it and get rid of all the trashy stuff. Magazine lips in the receiver and the follower might provide a little challenge, but all in all I think it will turn in to a rather nice little 'can we save it?' project that should take me back to my roots of quality military conversions and saving the bubbae'd surplus guns. It will make the owner seriously happy and the best part is, the bore is really quite nice after a good scrubbing.
It will be a nice destraction from black, plastic, aluminum, Cerakote and monstrous barrels I have become accustom to!

The 308 you built me is a tack driver, but it's so unoriginal. What's the wait time for one of these babys?
This...how did you get that cartridge out of the chamber?

IMPRESSIVE !! How do I get one? Please put me at the top of the list as this will make me the envy of all the LR shooters. One question, is the Ariska still the parent case?
