that he is! I set my ballistic calculator at 2800 fps and dialed 13.25 MOA at 611 yards, calculated the FPS based on it being 2.5" low. I was so happy when I went up to that group its never been that easy! I sent the picture to Dana, and he said "keep working on your set up, that gun can shoot 2" at 600 yards" hahah!
